Positive: The room was spacious and clean, but above all, the amazing hospitality from Giselle made the stay perfect. I truly recommend staying here if you’re in Rome!

Positive: Convenient access to Travestere train station. Comfortable bed and spacious, nicely decorated room with Aircon, safe and mini fridge.
Negative: Breakfast could've been a lot better. It was the same everyday and consisted of a ham and lettuce sandwich on plain white bread, a croissant, yogurt and muesli, as well as a coffee and blood orange juice. As there was no breakfast room this is breakfast in bed, delivered by staff. My husband went to the door to get this each morning and they would peek in the room which was slightly uncomfortable. Would have appreciated some variety in the breakfast each day, and perhaps just a knock at the door and leave it outside the room for privacy. The shower wasn't great, the shower head squirted water in different directions making it awkward to shower, the shower tray wasn't leak proof either. Additionally there was no switch for a fan in the bathroom. Mostly clean but noticed it was pretty dusty on the floor and bedside tables. This was for our honeymoon and didn't feel like they did anything special to make it memorable. That said, staff were friendly and on hand to help. I would note that while in Trastevere, this is about a 20 minute walk from the main area you may want to visit in Travestere. It's on a busy road with a tram line directly outside, could be fairly noisy but didn't bother us much. Overall it was a decent stay but felt expensive for what it was.

Positive: The location was great. Trastevere is a happening neighborhood, and within walking distance of many good restaurants. Giselle, the front desk manager, is great at communicating and taking care of requests. She booked a taxi for me for an early morning flight. The breakfast boxes they deliver to the room are so cute. There is also a coffee maker in the room, and a mini fridge. I definitely recommend these suites!
Negative: I didn't communicate that I was gluten free for the breakfast, and since I was leaving early they put my breakfast box in my room before we checked in. Giselle offered to go buy me something that was GF, which was so very nice, but not necessary. So if you have dietary restrictions, let them know so that they can take care of it for you, because they will.
Summary: This was a perfect place to stay with my daughter!

Positive: Great little place. Room was beautiful with cute private balcony with small table and 2 chairs. Also room was exactly as pictured except also had small table by window which was nice to sit if the weather was cold. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was really cute. Small fridge with minibar and some extra space to store small amounts of food or drink. Very close to train station. With a five minute walk, you can be on the train that takes a half an hour to go directly to airport (there are stops, but you don’t have to change at all). Also, very close to bus stop if you are going to the more central part of Rome. Near Market Testacchio which is an excellent food court. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had cappuccino for breakfast and breakfast sandwich. The second day, since we were leaving before 8 o’clock when breakfast starts, they left us orange juice in the fridge and packaged croissants for each of us.
Negative: Location is good, but if you are going to Vatican or the central city, such as Colosseum be aware that you will need to take public transport. This was not a problem for us. It was nice to be in a more residential neighborhood.

They were so loving,that our early departure they prepared us breakfast for the evening. Thank you and see you again because when we return it is only to you.

Positive: Nice staff. breakfast is provided in the room with very creative way.
Negative: The window is so poorly insulated that it feels like sleeping on the street is no different, it's time to install better soundproofing glass.
